We offer a 3-day module (coaching / workshop) to corporate employees. The curriculum has been designed keeping in mind the stresses associated with certain jobs. The module is geared towards offering tools to the employees for helping them discover their innate abilities & strengths, improving communication and leadership skills, increasing efficiency at work, staying happy, calm and resilient, improving relationships at home and work, combating work related stress, gaining clarity of their situations, and restoring balance on mind body and spirit level.

3-day Inner Awakening Program (IAP)–

Schedule – 3 days workshop

Following time line will be adhered to, each day for 3 consecutive days. Every day, the workshop will be centered on a different area of spiritual process. Following is the 1st day schedule. 2nd & 3rd day schedule will be emailed after registration

  • 10am – 12noon : Opening session, Tutorial, Demonstration, Breathing techniques, Beginners Yoga.
  • 12noon – 1pm : Lunch break (light lunch recommended)
  • 1pm – 3pm : Actual workshop, Deep Meditation, Interactive session (Q&A)
